We both have Thinsulate lined gloves for cold weather, and the other morning we found out that they work, but not for long. 30 minutes into our ride our hands were freezing cold. But it was 38 degrees when we left, so maybe that's to be expected. ha ha. Anyway, we'll be looking into getting heated hand grips for the cold mornings, evenings, etc.
